Thank you, this is a very good source.

  • Dana Buchanan says:

What a great list! professional conferences are such an important part of professional development! I would like to add the Office Dynamics conference as well. I attended last October and plan on attending the 25th annual Stellar Assistant Conference October 23-26, 2018.
Last October, I learned so many great tips over those four short days from the professional speakers and during the team activities. Joan Burge shared her experience and resources with the group daily. The learning did not stop there though! After returning to work, I followed up with subscribing to a few of the newsletters from the speakers and read their blog posts, which offered time-saving and organizational tips and highlighted apps and programs. It’s definitely the best conference I have attended! https://officedynamicsconference.com/

Thank you for posting this great list!

    • Sophie says:

      Hello,!!
How do I register for the 25th Annual Stellar Assistance Conference?
I’m from Africa and would love to attend the conference, I see it as a medium to build on my workmanship as a secretary and also as a woman.

This list was a great help. Thank you, Ashley!

Thank you for this list! I’m currently looking for great conferences to grow my skillsets and bring back to my organization. I’m going to research each of the 9 conferences on your list and decide from there!

Question: the Behind Every Leader conference is listed above as 11/10-11/11/2018 in Las Vegas.
However, upon clicking the link, it brings me to the EAO conference on 11/7-11/8/2018. Before registering, I would like to confirm that these are one in the same.

  • Amanda Reese says:

Thank you for this list! I’ve shared it with the administrative community at work (Cisco). I also recommend the Office Dynamics conference with Joan Burge, https://officedynamicsconference.com/ I’ve attended twice and gotten so much out of it both times. I attended the AEAP conference last year and really enjoyed it too – it’s a more low-key, affordable conference, and I thought the topics and speakers were great. http://www.theaeap.com/seminars/

  • Patricia says:

I will be speaking at the Dallas 2018 Executive Leadership Support Forum and will be attending the 2019 APC Executive Assistants Summit.

  • Barb Friend says:

Thanks a million. This article is a great motivator for me. I stopped attending administrative assistant training events because they were so basic or beginner-level efforts. These look like amazing resources. I can’t want to attend something great.

  • Irene shiggy halwenge says:

I’d like to attend the one in london

  • Lisa Olsen says:

Great list! I have been a presenter/speaker at many of the conferences you have listed. They all offer something different.

I would also add our Admin to Admin Retreat to this list. It’s a smaller event – limited to 40 where we deep dive into topics that are relevant and resonate with assistants. We hold the retreat in Monterey, CA.on Friday night and Saturday. Our 4th Retreat is being held in February.

Thanks for sharing all these resources. So many assistants don’t know about all the conferences and education available to them. It’s a wonderful menu of options.
