SnackNation 12-Month Commitment Agreement
SnackNation provides healthy snack delivery to corporate offices and work places (the “SnackNation Services”).
This SnackNation 12-Month Commitment Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the date you indicate your acceptance on your invoice (“Effective Date”) by and between Awesome Office, Inc. (“SnackNation”), a Deleware corporation located at 4641 Leahy St, Culver City, CA 90232, and the MEMBER indicated on the invoice.
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY, AS THEY CONSTITUTE A BINDING LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN SNACKNATION MEMBER AND SNACKNATION. BY INDICATING ACCEPTANCE ON YOUR INVOICE THROUGH A PAYMENT OF THE INVOICE, MEMBER HEREBY AGREES TO ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF MEMBER DOES NOT AGREE TO THIS AGREEMENT, MEMBER IS NOT PERMITTED TO RECEIVE SNACKNATION SERVICES UNDER THE PRICING OF THIS INVOICE.
YOU, AS THE AUTHORIZING PERSON INDICATED ON THE INVOICE, REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU ARE AN AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE OF MEMBER WITH THE AUTHORITY TO BIND MEMBER TO THIS AGREEMENT, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF MEMBER.
TERM & PAYMENT: Member agrees to pay SnackNation for a minimum of twelve (12) months of snack delivery at the agreed upon price as stated on the current invoice under the given payment terms. All payments to SnackNation under this Agreement must be paid by check, credit card, or ACH. Member shall, in addition to other amounts payment under this Agreement, pay all applicable taxes, federal, state, or otherwise, for the SnackNation services.
RENEWAL & CANCELLATION: The initial Term of this Agreement shall begin on the Invoice Date and continue for a minimum of twelve (12) months. The Agreement will automatically renew on a monthly basis, unless altered by either party at least two (2) business days prior to the Renewal Date. After the Initial Term, the Member has the right to cancel the SnackNation membership at any time and will not be responsible for any future payments or liabilities.

To modify or cancel your membership, we must receive notice three business days prior to your renewal date. If your renewal date falls between the 28th – 31st, we require notice no later than the 25th of the month. If you have a contracted commitment, your cancellation will be effective as of the end of the initial term.
